To register and use 89pkr, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:
89pkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account restrictions or closure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 89pkr login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 89pkr will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact 89pkr support immediately. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where necessary, restrict account activity while the matter is being reviewed.
Only one account per person is permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, 89pkr reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bonuses received across duplicate accounts, and withhold any winnings generated through those accounts. In cases of deliberate circumvention of limits or eligibility requirements using multiple accounts, the case will be treated as a breach of these terms.
Deposits to your 89pkr account are accepted via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. All deposits must be made in PKR from payment methods registered in your own name.
89pkr does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is made from a payment account that does not belong to you, 89pkr may withhold the deposit and any associated winnings pending investigation. This applies regardless of whether the deposit was made with the other party's knowledge or consent.
89pkr does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside our control.
Withdrawals can be requested at any time provided your account balance contains cleared, non-restricted funds. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. VIP tier players receive priority processing.
89pkr may request additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large amounts, or where there is a change in the payment method used. This is a standard security procedure and is not intended to delay legitimate withdrawals without reason.
If a withdrawal request is made while an active bonus is in progress, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited in accordance with the bonus terms. Players are advised to check their active bonus status before requesting a withdrawal.

Bonus abuse includes – but is not limited to – creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting errors in offer configurations. Where bonus abuse is identified, 89pkr reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and in serious cases close the account.
All bets placed on 89pkr are subject to the specific rules of the sport and market involved, as well as the general betting rules set out here. By placing a bet you confirm that you understand and accept the odds, stake, and terms of the market.
For PSL and other cricket markets, 89pkr follows standard cricket betting rules for situations including but not limited to: Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method results, super overs, match referrals to reserve days, and player substitutions. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, balances generated through the prohibited activity may be forfeited. Balances unrelated to the breach will be returned via the original deposit method after the review is complete.
